Offices Continue to Remain Open

At this time Stowaway Self Storage's offices continue to remain open however, the safety of everyone is our first priority. We are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and are attempting to minimize the impact of the virus as much as we can. As the situation with coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, our entire team is ready and standing by to assist our customers. You rely on us every day for your storage needs, and we're going to continue to provide reliable access to the important services you count on. As storage may become necessary for businesses, medical supply companies, college students or anyone else affected by the virus, we stand ready to serve your needs.

For everyone. Nothing is more important than your health and safety, and the need to protect those most vulnerable to the coronavirus. We are taking multiple steps to minimize health risks to our teammates & our clients. Our office will remain staffed to assist our customers by phone & email. Office access will be restricted at this time and handled on a case-by-case need. Please call the office and personally discuss your needs with the manager.

Office visits, reservations, & limiting contact.
If you have recently made a reservation or plan to make a reservation, your lease can be emailed, printed, signed and slipped into our office dropbox located near the front door. Call or email your local manager and we will assist you in this process.
If you feel you need to make a visit to the office, please ask yourself the following questions and if you answer yes, please refrain from coming in.
- Have you recently traveled to an area with known local spread of COVID-19?
- Have you come into close contact (within 6 feet) with someone who has a laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis in the past 14 days?
- Do you have a fever (greater than 100.4 F or 38.0 C) OR symptoms of lower respiratory illness such as cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing?
As a measure to protect everyone's health and safety, the main office door will be locked. Please knock or call the manager's cell posted on the door to let us know you have arrived.
