• What is the minimum amount of time I can rent a storage Unit?

• Units are rented on a month-to-month basis.

Question #2.

• Will my lease renew after 1 month?

• Yes, your storage lease will automatically renew itself on a month-to-month basis.  You must provide written notification when you plan to vacate.

Question #3.

• What size units do you have?

• We have many different units ranging in size from 5x5 to 50x50.  We have specialty units with shelving and storage file boxes.  Let us know what you are storing and we will help you with the proper size!

Question #4.

• Do I need insurance?

• Stowaway Self Storage offers property protection through an independent company providing replacement value in the amount of $2500.00 & 5000.00.  However, most homeowners and renters policies do cover self storage to a certain limit (check with your insurance provider for advice).

Question #5.

• What is required to rent a unit?

• We require you to complete a rental agreement in person.  At the time of rental you will be required to provide two addresses in the US (one for emergencies), a copy of your license or photo ID, and a valid phone number to reach you.  We will require payment in advance by cash, check, money order or major credit card.
